How It All Started

Clean Peace Candle Co. began with a simple desire to create a healthier, more intentional home for my family.

As I became more mindful of the ingredients in the products we used every day, I started searching for cleaner alternatives and making small changes throughout our home. Eventually, that journey led me to candles.

I wanted candles that I could feel good about burning around my own family and loved ones-made with thoughtfully chosen ingredients without sacrificing the warmth, fragrance, and comfort that make a home feel like home.

Once I began making candles, I quickly fell in love with the process. I learned that candle making is equal parts art and science. From selecting wax and fragrance oils to testing wicks and perfecting each vessel, every detail matters in creating a candle that burns beautifully and performs the way it should.

What began as something I wanted to create for my own home slowly grew into something much more.

The Meaning Behind Clean Peace

The name Clean Peace Candle Co. represents two things that are deeply meaningful to me: creating products with cleaner, thoughtfully chosen ingredients and bringing a little more peace into everyday life.

But the word “Peace” has an even more personal meaning.

My late father was a Vietnam veteran who wore a gold peace sign necklace that he received while serving in Vietnam. He wore it throughout his life, and after he passed away, that necklace was passed down to me.

I have always been a bit of a free spirit, so incorporating Peace into the name of my business felt like a meaningful way to honor him and carry a small piece of his spirit with me every day.

Today, Clean Peace Candle Co. brings both parts of that story together; cleaner ingredients and peaceful moments.

Whether it’s a quiet morning with coffee, a cozy evening at home, or time spent gathered with family and friends, I hope each candle brings a sense of warmth, comfort, and peace to your space.

In many ways, this little company is a reflection of what matters most to me: family, intention, creating something beautiful with my hands, and carrying forward a little of the peace, love, and spirit my father left behind.
